 “Our community is in Estero Bay and the fishing in our creek and throughout the bay is excellent. It takes 30 minutes or so to get into the Gulf and the no wake zone is only applicable for a short distance through Mullock Creek. One of the great benefits is the Mullock Creek marina. There is fuel there and lots of help with advice from locals. The beaches around the area are excellent and it is a short boat ride to all of the bars and restaurants in Fort Myers. The cost of the annual boat parking at CLM is a main reason we purchased a home there last year...... There is no better waterfront living option available anywhere for the money. Gulf access.
