Mobile homes are a housing value in Southwest Florida.  Compared to a condo or a conventional house in a development with Gulf access, Coach Light Manor is a bargain.  Coach Light Manor does not have monthly lot rent fees that can reach $1700/mo. A spacious new mobile home will start at less than $200k plus installation costs.  Installation costs are dependent on the required elevation and desired use of the space underneath the home.  We have new homes that are elevated at 8 feet to homes that can handle car parking underneath.  If you haven't looked at a new mobile home lately, you may be surprised at how large and nicely finished they can be.  Installation costs and your interests in home configuration must be discussed with a dealer to set a realistic budget for a new home.
